THE housing market is improving, according to a Henley chartered surveying company.
Alchemy says more people are asking its advice about preparing their properties for sale next year.
The company offers advice on choosing an estate agent and supports the agent in sales and negotiation and manages the legal side of deals. Managing director Barbara Richardson said many agents had a “good summer”.
Mrs Richardson is chairwoman of the Henley partnership’s commerical group and runs the Integrity Network, a professional business forum, from Alchemy’s office.
